SCALLOPS WITH MANDARIN & TRADIZIONALE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
Ingredients for 2 persons
* 8 scallops
* O&CO Olive Oil specialty with Mandarin
* 1/2 Green lemon
* O&CO Tradizionale balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Cut the scallops in thin slices and make them macerate in the Mandarin oil with the lemon juice for 1 hour and half. Drizzle some Tradizionale balsamic vinegar over and serve. Accompany with lamb’s lettuce.
