POULTRY BREAST WITH ERIC FRECHON'S TAPENADE
Ingredients for 4 persons
* 4 poultry breast
* 1 jar of O&CO Eric Fréchon’s Tapenade
* 1 jar of O&CO Italian Tomato Powder
* O&CO Floral Olive Oil
Preparation
Cut the poultry breast in two in the horizontal way but do not separate the two halves. Fill with Eric Fréchon’sTapenade and close with a little wooden pick. Drizzle with floral olive oil and sprinkle some Italian tomato powder. Put the breast in a oiled dish, cover with aluminum foil and oven bake for 15 minutes at 200°C/400°F (Th. 7).
